All in God's Plan Returns

On May 19, fifth and sixth-grade girls with their moms attended the All in God’s Plan afternoon tea. This special mother daughter event was suspended during COVID and returned this year to provide moms and daughters an afternoon of learning and dialogue. During the presentation, juniors Kathleen Thibodeau and Lucy Thewes spoke about the challenges they encountered in middle school and gave the girls some advice. Then, Mrs. Carter gave a presentation about the changes girls experience as they go through puberty, including physical, social, and emotional aspects. Following that, Emma Cross '16, Everest alumna, also gave girls and moms good advice as the girls grow through this stage of their lives. Finally, the girls made a journal while Miss Gaby Ruiloba gave a presentation to the moms.
