Beginning Advent

As Mountaineers return after Thanksgiving break, we begin the season of Advent. Preparations for Christ's birth fill the school from elementary activities, the Nativity scene in the academy commons, Advent door decorating, and rehearsing for the annual Christmas Program. Mountaineer families gathered together for the annual Advent wreath event at which they enjoyed a potluck meal and made their Advent wreaths.
