Beginning The Year With Retreat

Third grade started off the new year by having their moms come join them for a morning at school. They had Mass together in the high school chapel. Then, the girls and boys went to their classroom to work on a surprise for their mom, while the moms met with Miss Rose for a brief reflection and some fellowship time and Fr. Thomas was available to hear confessions. Then, the moms and students got back together in the commons area to spend some one-on-one time together, getting to know each other better. The retreat ended with a fun game of sharks and minnows in the gym.
