Birthdays in the International Program

What’s it like to celebrate your birthday in Everest’s international program? Birthdays are important days of celebration, surrounded by friends and family. For international program students, they are thousands of miles from home, but they quickly discover that their friends at Everest are like family. While greetings from home and phone calls are a big part of birthday celebrations, the memories made with new friends in a new country create a special experience for Mountaineers. They realize that being away from home provides a unique opportunity and memories that they will cherish for a lifetime.
