Class of 2022 Senior Seminar

September 18, 2021

Early in the school year, seniors were surprised with an announcement after the first bell to head to the international building. This was the second morning seminar that the Class of 2022 participated in. Last year’s seminar was focused on communication, cohesion, and laying some groundwork for a positive senior year.

This second seminar continued the focus on communication, but also spent time on re-integration after summer break, leadership, and setting class goals. The seniors prayed together and engaged in activities that focused on leadership, class unity, communication, and setting goals for the school year. This seminar was meant to help the class set a positive tone for the year, or in the words of the students, "class bonding."

Father Brian, Miss Regina, Mrs. Van Wagoner, and Mrs. Krogh lead activities and discussions meant to encourage the seniors to reach out to one another, choose joy, and challenge themselves to be leaders in our community. The morning ended with a goal-setting exercise in hopes of unifying the group of 36 students toward a common goal for the year.
