EC CC Lays Down Miles

Everest cross country headed north to South Branch, Michigan, for their annual team camp. The team explored new routes this summer, lapping a local lake and enjoying jumping in afterwards! They also added some cross training with a visit to Lumberman's Monument and a climb up the sand dune. The team has sixteen runners this year. EC alumnae Jessie Burns '23 and Gabrielle Lazzara '20 helped with the camp. The girls had a ton of fun but also learned that they could push themselves to run longer distances. The Mountaineers are looking forward to a great season!
