Elementary Students Spend Time with Jesus

March 30, 2021

On Tuesday, March 23, preschool through fifth grade to turns visiting Christ in the adoration. 3rd-5th grade boys had a reflection in the middle school chapel with Fr. Thomas, who had invited eighth-grade boys to come and share with their testimony with each class. The 3rd-5th grade girls prayed in the elementary school chapel with Miss Rose. The students were encouraged to reflect on how they can stay close to Christ as we near Holy Week, to accompany him in his suffering. They all agreed that when they are hurt, don’t feel well, or are sad, they do not like to be alone and would prefer to have someone with them and so they want to try to be close to Christ, by being a good friend, student, sibling, and child each day.
