Feast of St. Francis of Assisi

Twenty-one dogs, two cats, and a snake gathered - with their respective owners - for this year's blessing of the pets, held annually on the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. St. Francis had a special love for all of God's creatures. Fr. Jason Brooks, LC, blessed the pets, thanking God for the gift our pets are in our lives, and asking for God's care for his creatures.
