First Grade Explores Fall on Campus

Everest sits on a beautiful 90-acre campus. Mountaineers enjoy the space with practice fields, cross country trails, and, of course, many nature walks! Lower school students often get out into nature to discover the beauty of the seasons. Recently, first graders had a special guest for a nature walk. Mr. Lorenzo Lo Piccolo, grandfather of one of the students, accompanied the class and shared his expertise with the young explorers. Students found all sorts of plants, leaves, and even mushrooms on their walk!
