Fourth-Grade Oregon Trail Adventure

The fourth-grade class recently learned about the Oregon Trail. The class set out on their own Oregon Trail adventure on Everest's campus including stops to sign the Independence Rock and to take a break for "nooning" at which they enjoyed a corn muffin with their homemade butter, beef jerky, and dried apple slices - to fight off scurvy. It was a great adventure!
