Freshmen Enjoy Seminars

As part of the formation opportunities offered to high school students, the formation team has scheduled "surprise seminars" for various student groups throughout the year. Earlier this year freshmen enjoyed the opportunity to focus on their year and being the best version of themselves. Over the past couple weeks, gender-specific freshman seminars provided an opportunity for the boys to explore the topics of self-discipline and integrity. EC alumnus, Matthew Stafford - Class of 2020, visited the group and invited them to join him, Mr. Stencel, and Mr. Nguyen in the Exodus 90 challenge, to form their wills and self-discipline to become better men. The girls seminar focused on being beloved. Girls had the opportunity to pray and discuss their identity as beloved daughters of God. Both mornings were excellent opportunities for students to grow in their faith, formation, and unity as a class.
