Krappmann Recognized at National Merit Finalist

Last fall, the National Merit Scholarship Program announced the names of the 16,000 Semifinalists. Last week, the program notified students who have been named Finalists. National Merit Scholarship Program Finalists are eligible for Merit Scholarship winners. Merit Scholars will be announced in April, May, June, and July. Congratulations to EC senior, Madelyn Krappmann, who has been named a National Merit Scholarship Program Finalist. Madelyn is one of seven Mountaineers who have been recognized by the National Merit Scholarship Program at some level. She is the fifth to be named a Finalist. Congratulations, Maddie!
