Lent: A Season of Love & Self-Giving

Lent has begun with Ash Wednesday Mass this morning, and Mountaineers have prepared their hearts for the season. Second graders made Valentine's Day cards for seniors. Over 250 Mountaineer women gathered for the annual Mardi Gras for Women event. They listened to Mountaineer parent and cancer survivor, Becky Attard, share her store of faith and healing. Mountaineers are looking forward to living the next 40 days walking with Jesus in prayer, sacrificing, and almsgiving.
