Little Hearts, Growing Faith: A New Year at Everest

Everest's mother and child retreats began for a new year this week with the youngest preschool class. With moms who have been Everest for over five years and moms who have a school-aged child for the first time, the group of moms enjoyed getting to know one another and sharing what brought them to the Everest community. It is beautiful to hear parents share how Everest has been a gift for their families' lives.

The class got to learn more about the vestments a priest wears for Mass with a special explanation from Fr. Thomas before he celebrated Mass for the group. Moms and children did a craft focusing on the Sacred Heart of Jesus and got active through a active song with hopping, galloping, running, and more!

We look forward to seeing how our three-year-olds grow as a group and in their friendship with Jesus now and for years to come!
