Mardi Gras for Women

March 4, 2022

The annual Mardi Gras for Women event returned after last year's COVID restrictions led to the event's cancellation. Over 100 women gathered for an evening of fellowship, prayer, and reflection on the eve of Lent. Guest speaker, Mrs. Kay Browne, shared reflections with the group as a woman, mother, grandmother, friend, and founder of Everest. Kay's storytelling filled the room with laughter as she reflected on some of life's challenges from her vast experience. She shared her experience of being widowed twice, of deep friendships, of the importance of prayer, and much more. Thank you to all who made this evening possible!
