Mountaineer League Under the Lights

Friday night's game wasn't just a big game for EC football as they pursued a CHSL Prep Bowl championship appearance; it was a big night for Mountaineer League NFL Flag Football. The young Mountaineers were beyond excited to play on the field under the lights at halftime of the varsity game. Even the windy, chilly night couldn't dampen their spirits. The Mountaineers took to the field with enthusiasm and joy with four match-ups taking place across the field for halftime entertainment.

CYO football athletes were also recognized at breaks in play during the evening.

The high fives shared between varsity athletes and Mountaineer League players say everything about the Everest community. The future of EC football is bright!
