Mountaineers Live the Golden Rule

During the month of October, Everest students participated in the Golden Rule Campaign in recognition of National Bullying Prevention Month. The campaign focused on living out the message, “Let the Christ in you find the Christ in others,” both in words and actions. EC’s student government members took the lead by presenting to students in grades 3–5. The younger students loved the presentation and were inspired to put kindness into practice each day. Everest's deans of discipline presented to students of all ages. School safety officer, Mr. Hughes, and school counselor, Mrs. Ciaramella, also helped with presentations in the high school.
