Mountaineers of the Month

Each month, academy teachers nominate Mountaineers of the Month who lived the virtue of the month. Mountaineers of the Month are announced on spirit day. We congratulation September's Mountaineers of the Month for demonstrating the virtue of charity.

Colton Dankovich

"Colton has exemplified the virtue of charity all month. In these three short weeks, Colton has done many nice things to help his new classmates in junior kindergarten. He is quick to notice the needs of others and is one of first ones to offer help. Colton has cleaned up large messes that he has not made and has been a great example of charity to all his classmates!" -Mrs. Reichert, Junior Kindergarten

Jase Steinbauer

"Jase always comes into the room to go to work. He is aware of the class rules and listens well to the directions I give in class. He stays in his seat until his work is complete and always has a positive attitude." -Mrs. Ohlinger, Third Grade
