Non-Contact and Waiting

Winter sports were slated to begin on January 16, but Mountaineers were not alone in their surprise when the ban on contact sports was extended through February 21. Non-contact practices began for Mountaineer athletes this week as they await another update. The winter schedule has been written and rewritten by AD's and coaches.

The EC boys were on their way to a district final when the season was cancelled last spring. Now the team participate in strengthening, passing, and shooting drills as they wait for the green light to begin the winter season.
