The 29th annual gala was a true success!

With a record-setting live auction and fund-a-need, $257,000 were raised during the night of the event below the tent on the front lawn of Queen of Family Retreat Center. It wasn't Dorothy's Kansas, but it could have been with cattle auctioneer Wade Leist and his cowboys creating energy to support Everest.

Distinguished service award recipients were recognized for their significant contributions to the Everest community: Michael Pruchnicki and Katie Schmitt.

Together with the night-of proceeds, sponsorship dollars, the spring online silent auction, and ticket revenue will provide funding to help cover operational expenses and fully fund this year's fund-a-need projects: repairs to the high school building roof, early years playground equipment, and permanent lights for the athletic field. Please pray for quick post-COVID production, as we look forward to seeing these on campus sometime this fall.
