Prayer at the Heart of International Program

At Everest, the heart of the international program is not found only in classrooms, activities, or weekend outings. It is found in the chapel. Each day begins and ends the same way: in silence, in prayer, and in a real conversation with God.

Each morning begins in their chapel with communal prayers, and each evening closes in gratitude and reflection before God. Holy Hour is a regular part of their spiritual life, often accompanied by reflections from the Regnum Christi missionaries and the opportunity for Confession. Throughout the week, they also gather to pray the Rosary together, entrusting their intentions, studies, and friendships to Our Lady.

Throughout the year, their prayer life deepens through meaningful commitments: a nine-month spiritual adoption for the girls - praying daily for a baby in danger and for his or her parents; intentional preparation during Advent and Holy Week; personal spiritual challenges that foster a genuine friendship with Jesus; and their journey toward Marian consecration each March 25. What may begin as routine gradually becomes conviction, as faith becomes personal and prayer becomes part of who they are.

Prayer is not simply an activity on the schedule - it is the foundation. It forms freedom into responsibility, builds discipline into devotion, and creates space for each student to encounter Christ personally. The deepest transformation happens quietly, day after day, in the presence of God.
