Preparing for Holy Week with Adoration

On Tuesday, April 8, the elementary students had adoration, which took place in the high school chapel. Miss Rose gave a reflection on Simon of Cyrene helping Jesus carry his cross, then gave each student a picture of that, the 5^th Station of the Cross and invited the students to write down on the back how they were going to help Jesus carry his cross for the rest of Lent. They then had the opportunity to kneel at the front of the chapel, closer to the Eucharist, and leave their note in a box for Jesus.
