Preparing for Spring Play

"We had sword fighting instruction for the battle scene today led by our stunt directors, Noah Taylor, Jacob Sasak, and Demarco Valentino. The students were asked to bring anything they thought they could use as a sword as we were not sure we had enough swords for everyone. Once they started coming in, I decided to have a vote on the most creative. We had actual tree branches, a very long shoe horn, a ski pole, and the winner, brought by Maria Saad, a snow scraper! Luckily we had enough pretend swords for everyone to use. The battle scene is going to be great! Save the date for the spring play, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, March 15-17." -Mrs. Beggs
