Preschool Visits Jesus

September 16, 2022

Everest students, faculty, and staff are blessed to have a chapel located in each building on campus. Students have the opportunity to stop in as a class or individually throughout the school day to have a quiet moment of prayer. Recently, Mrs. Terbrack accompanied the Preschool 3/4 class to the chapel for the first time. The class will have the opportunity to visit the chapel every day. Students were invited to quietly look around the space and point out what they saw. Mrs. Terbrack explained the different items they saw including the tabernacle, crucifix, sanctuary light, stained glass, and stations of the cross. Students also had the opportunity to practice quietly putting the kneeler up and down. Students look forward to their special moment of prayer in the chapel each day.
