Retreat Focuses on Growth & Gratitude

Fourth grade had their mother and child retreat on Wednesday, January 15. After Mass in the high school, the boys and girls went to their classroom to make an elaborate gratitude box, that they personally decorated, colored, and put together for their mom. While the moms met with Miss Rose for a brief reflection on some of the differences between boys and girls at this age and what each one needs. Then, the students came to show their mom the box they made for them. They had some bounding one on one time together. The retreat ended with a game of mountain and valleys in the gym.
