Students Spend Time in Prayer

Preschool through fifth grade had an Advent Adoration prior to Christmas break. Miss Rose led a reflection for preschool to second grade helping the students reflect on what gift they wanted to give Jesus for his birthday. Third through fifth-grade girls and boys split to have gender-specific adoration turns. The boys went to the middle school chapel where Matthew Bautel, a high school junior, led a reflection. The girls had adoration in the lower school chapel, and Sarah Bradley, a high school sophomore, led the reflection. Preschool 4/5 were able to be present for Benediction, and Fr. Luis invited them to get closer and kneel right in front of the Altar during Benediction. We look forward to beginning this new year with Jesus in our hearts!
