We Golf in the Fall... And the Spring...

It’s always sunny in… well, not Clarkston, but nothing could keep our 68 golfers off the beautiful course at Shepherd’s Hollow. After a lot of rain at the 2018 golf outing in the fall, the move to a spring golf outing for 2019 brought more mist than rain. With deer frolicking on the greens, the Everest community came together All FORE Him. Chaired again by Adam Bowden, Thad Schlaud and Bill Groves, this year’s golf outing offered contests, prizes, and - most importantly - comradery. In the words of presenting sponsor, Adam Bowden, “it’s about the community.” Everest was happy to welcome ten of our alumni home – especially new alums Joshua Legg and Max Engle! Sponsors included PG Tech, Titan Wealth Advisors, Oscar W. Larson, Redford Lock, Kapnick Insurance, and Culver’s of Clarkston. There were hopes that someone would walk away with a new Cadillac from hole-in-one sponsor, LaFontaine Automotive, but maybe next year!
