Why I'm Looking Forward to EC

This week, Everest held its fall open house and eighth-grade shadow day. A few of the eighth-grade students shared what they are looking forward to at EC next year:
“I'm looking forward to high school in EC because I'm excited to experience all the fun the high schoolers have. I'm excited to play harder sports and be able to grow academically and with my friends. I'm looking forward to the trips, games, and other activities the high school does. I've had so much fun here in middle school. I hear so many stories about the high school years, and it seems so fun.” - Ava Grant
“I’m looking forward to high school in Everest because I can’t wait to see how it changes me as a person and how it increases my faith. I can’t wait to be with my siblings and my cousins. Being at school, I get to see the ones I love all day. I can’t wait to play EC sports and become better at being a team player.” -Carrie Walker
“I'm looking forward to high school at Everest because in high school the teachers are incredibly funny. I'm also looking forward to the amazing education and formation it gives.” - Jonah Reichert
“I’m looking forward to high school in EC because of the education and going to a private, Catholic school may help me have a better shot at getting into good colleges.” -Lila Wolcott
