Seniors Top Sophomores for HOCO Week Win

Homecoming week is a flurry of activities as EC students celebrate spirit week. The entire week is a competition by classes with students earning points for spirit wear, a "Find Sir Edmund" competition, paint the spirit rock competition, tug-of-war, and chariot races. The week also includes the traditional powderbuff volleyball game and powderpuff football game. Varsity volleyball dominated powderbuff. The girls weren't settling for a powderpuff tie; so the underclassmen claimed an OT win. Spiritual and apostolic dimensions of student life are incorporate through a special time of adoration as well as an apostolic activity collecting socks for those in need. This year's competition remained tight all week with the sophomores giving the seniors a run for the money. In the end, despite crashing out of the chariot wheelbarrow race, the seniors remained dominate and will receive a prize of off-campus lunch. Thanks for a great week, Mountaineers!
